Our Client an Expanding E-Commerce Company is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join their team. They need someone who is results oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Seeking a contract Product Manager with preferred experience in building mobile applications and SMS tools to help us capitalize on huge growth opportunities. In this role, the Product Manager will be responsible for the gathering of requirements, design development and implementation of multiple projects. The Product Manager will be expected to use a high level of knowledge and experience in blending traditional product owner principles and practices with an agile development approach to fit large, complex, mission-critical, enterprise-level projects. The Product Manager should be able to work with technical teams (including development, QA, and Network Operations) as well as business teams and stakeholders to drive projects to completion.
·Work with the technology and product teams to write detailed requirements for integration points between the internal systems and the software programs.
·Manage the creation of design mocks needed for all projects in a timely fashion.
·Effectively identify, regularly report and work to clear any blockers that could put projects or sprints at risk
·Work with technical teams and stakeholders to determine project deliverables, milestones and duration.
·Create, maintain, and prioritize a program roadmap pertaining to projects assigned.
·Identify and communicate project dependencies with other Product Managers and teams.
·Effectively manage both up and down to keep projects on strategy, in scope, and on schedule.
·Provide project visibility through daily burn down charts and weekly project status reports
·Develop and maintain project plans and schedules. Set up weekly status meetings.
·Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external (3rd party) partners
·Help co-ordinate and communicate deployment/rollout plans and schedules
·Other projects as assigned
Qualifications and Experience
·3+ years of working experience in a product owner role
·B.S. or B.A. in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering (or equivalent)
·Experience with Agile and SCRUM
·Basic mock/design knowledge with Azure or similar software program
·Basic computer knowledge
·Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required
·Able to multi-task and manage multiple projects
·Able to manage priorities and personalities in cross-functional teams
·Able to create project plans, milestones, and schedules
·Able to understand different technology solutions at a high level
·Strong interpersonal & communications skills
·Exceptional follow-up skills
·Experience delivering IT projects with complex integration architecture.
·Prefer experience in mobile applications and/or SMS
·Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
·Previous experience in development or QA
