Enterprise Solutions Management Program Director
This role is responsible for providing direction and oversight of program management work on numerous highly complex, enterprise-wide information technology programs consisting of multiple projects, which includes managing the planning, implementation, evaluation, and support/maintenance phases of the program management life cycle.
•Maintain effective relationships with business partners and stakeholders at all levels of the organization to effectively manage the program and ensure the program objectives are being met.
•Work with the CIO and program governance bodies to facilitate project investment decision making, including project prioritization and selection for funding.
•Manage and leverage the entire life cycle of project investments in the program.
•Define and develop enterprise-wide IT project/program management practices, governance standards, processes and metrics.
•Analyze lessons learned and recommend implementation of new policies, methodologies and state of the art technology to continuously improve the project management program and to increase the successfulness of future projects.
•Manage all levels of projects up to and including large, complex IT projects. Projects use cross functional teams, are complex, large, time sensitive and/or mission critical. This includes the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling and closure project processes.
•Partner with enterprise stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient project management processes, tools and practices are established and continuously improved.
•Bachelor's degree in any of the following; data management, data sciences, information
technology, computer science, business administration, or related field. Master’s Degree preferred.
•8 years team management experience, demonstrating ability to positively impact strategic and tactical finance, information technology and administration initiative
•8 or more years of professional experience in an IT-related domain (programming, network architect, etc.) Health Information Systems experience is critical.
•Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
•10 or more years of managing large complex technology-related projects a+
•Relevant IT industry certifications (e.g. ITIL, ITSM, Lean, Six Sigma) a+
