Partner closely with the Innovation Group, technology, lines of business and staff functions to identify, design and communicate a thoughtful strategy for co-located teams as it relates to our Speed to Market Program (hybrid agile project methodology).
·Leverage the work that has already been completed in-house, and prepare a formal recommendation and rollout plan for co-location.
·Include details surrounding how best to co-locate teams for agile development given the global dispersion of our team members.
·Outline specific details related to technology best practices, furniture layout and recommendation, financial implications, and other considerations.
·Determine the impact of co-location on overall team effectiveness and productivity.
·Experience with Agile software development
·Co-location experience with a Fortune 100 Financial Services company; Wells Fargo experience preferred
·Strong project management, vendor management, and research skills
·Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
·Ability to quickly establish credibility to build and maintain effective working relationships
·Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
·Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
·Knowledge and understanding of Implementation strategy development and delivery
·Solid critical thinking skills
·Strong understanding of large diversified Financial Services organizations operations that provide banking, insurance, investments, mortgage banking, investment banking, retail banking, brokerage and consumer finance services in order to provide support to the respective lines of business.
