We are currently looking for a Sr. Business Analyst within the Enterprise Strategic Programs Team, and are looking for creative, energetic, technically astute analysts who will push the boundaries in establishing a world class practice with a focus on bridging business needs and technology. In this role individuals will be responsible for eliciting and documenting the business challenges to be solved through the implementation of software solutions.

•Owns, elicits and documents business needs and business requirements to model future state workflows in conjunction with how the new tool operates. Elicit feedback from the business and vendor scheduling and facilitating workshops as necessary to finalize the workflows.
•Performs analysis, modeling, and other quantitative techniques in order to answer business questions, assess business issues and/or recommend courses of action to meet business objectives. Presenting results of analysis and/or recommendations to the management team.
•Executes and manages all aspects and phases of testing initiatives for the cloud based SAAS solution in close coordination with the Testing Center of Excellence (TCOE) Lead. Responsibilities may include test data setup and coordination of effort and resources/testers during functional, user acceptance testing and regression testing.
•Participates and collaborates closely with the Product Owner(s) in the development of user documentation and manuals, training material, and/or job aids.
•Communicates and reports on action plans, status and priorities to the Project Manager on a minimum of a weekly basis.
•Assists with project execution by providing input to business workflows, test plans, and implementation plans. Assisting with performing user acceptance testing and ensuring the test results meet defined criteria in order to meet the business objectives. Closely coordinates defect resolution with both TCOE and the vendor.
•Supports and lends insight to organizational change management in implementing a new solution for successful client adoption.
•Develops and maintains strong relationships, keeping clients informed and engaged throughout the entire project lifecycle. Identify, analyze, define, and document detailed requirements to support project and business objectives. Leverage knowledge of application features and functions to assess scope and impact of business needs.
•Relationship Management: Supports key business relationships across our customer base
•Business and Technical Requirements Definition: Successfully demonstrates knowledge of Business Requirements Definition in the delivery of software solutions
•Business Process Reengineering: Demonstrates ability to support business process change through reengineering efforts
•Business Systems Planning and Business Case Preparation
•Business Systems Analysis: Demonstrates the ability to conduct business systems analysis tasks in a team environment, or independently as required by the initiative
•Customer focused with high quality standards. Strong customer facing and documentation skills
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to author a range of high-quality deliverables
•Fundamental understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and industry best practices
•Experienced in full lifecycle management software delivery projects
•Proficient in workflow modeling in Microsoft Visio
•Must be able to work independently
•Must be able to maintain confidentiality
•Preferred: Knowledgeable in technical data analysis, functional design, data modeling, system development processes, and software testing
•Preferred: Intellectual Property background is desired but not required
•Preferred: Experience with intranet portals and client services portals
•Preferred: A complex thinker, analytical with strong problem-solving and decision making skills
A minimum of 4 years of technology industry experience with at least 5 years in a client-focused Business Analysis role
