Our Trevose, PA based client has an immediate for an Immigration Specialist for a long-term contract assignment
Work closely with HR specialist to assist with immigration matters including coordinating and managing all aspects of Client’s immigration programs
•Act as expert advising employees and management on immigration matters
•Prepare visa and immigration paperwork for US inbounds including non-immigrant and immigrant visas – green cards (gathering documents from employees and management, communicating efficiently with outside legal counsel, following up with employees and management, finalizing visa applications, etc.)
•Prepare immigration-related correspondence (e.g. employment confirmation letters, invitation letters, travel packets, business introduction letters, etc.)
•General administrative duties as needed (i.e. maintaining and updating employees’ records, faxing, copying, typing, etc.)
•Reconcile vendor invoices
•Experience working in a similar role and/or having worked within immigration (on various US visas – including E2, L1, H1, TN, green cards)
•Ability to analyze/synthesize immigration related data, international visa requirements and other information confirming accuracy and adequacy
•Must use tact when interacting with employees, management and Human Resources colleagues to understand and resolve potentially sensitive issues
•Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and projects along with deep understanding and experience in delivering high level of customer service in a fast paced environment
