•Act as Scrum Master for two to three teams, helping them best leverage Agile methodology to maximize productivity
•Facilitate cross-team communication and coordination
•Develop a deep understanding of our product offering and vision to guide our teams
•Track and assist in execution of development roadmaps
•Work with internal teams to resolve resource conflicts, clarify project priorities, understand features, capabilities
•Ensure a regular cadence of delivery for projects
•Provide feedback and suggestions for continual improvement of the agile process itself
•Facilitate getting work done efficiently by facilitating discussion, decision making and conflict resolution
•Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency and sharing information
•Certified Scrum Master (CSM); Other Scrum certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner are a plus
•1 or more years of experience as a Scrum Master
•Experience with continuous delivery, DevOps, and release management
•Solid knowledge of Agile development techniques
•Ability to translate technical input/concerns from team to business owners and stake holders
•Strong organizational skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Demonstrated ability to help teams commit to a set of tasks and timely delivery of the commitments
