Our Philadelphia based client is currently seeking a SalesForce.com Administrator for a contract opportunity
This role is responsible for supporting our client’s on-going development and configuration needs instances of Salesforce.com. The support provided is within a team tasked with ongoing configuration of the existing and newly created Salesforce.com technology environment comprised.
Oversee Salesforce.com administration, configuration, and data migration tasks.
Configure complex Custom Objects, Fields, Workflows, Approval Processes, Rules, Triggers etc.
Requires comfort with data management (creation of users, validation rules, workflow rules, process builder, Flow, etc.).
Evaluate complex user requirements & develop SFDC solutions to meet business needs.
Translate solution into implementation project plans for installation into the system.
Communicate requests/project status to stakeholders via status reports and/or project meetings.
Primary point of contact for your assigned projects and tickets related to SFDC projects.
Partner with IT development team to implement additional functionality in order to increase productivity within Salesforce.com.
Effectively communicate and implement developed programs.
Drive the adoption of Salesforce.com and identify pain points related to usage of the platform as you work with customers and solution design.
Collaborate with constituents to ensure Salesforce.com supports the business process as articulated from our customers.
