Our Raynham, MA based client is currently seeking a Compensation Analyst for a long term contract assignment.
Administer a variety of payout functions in our client’s sales compensation system (Synygy) related to Commission Compensation, ensuring accurate calculation of all sales related payments. Maintenance of participant, compensation plan and crediting parameters which drive the incentives engine. Validate output, research discrepancies, and ensure calculations are accurate prior to sending payment file to Sales Management for approval, and Payroll for the pay run. Provide ad-hoc and recurring analytical reporting around commission compensation. This position will exercise a high level of teamwork and attention to detail.
