This role requires you to write functional/business requirements and design specifications. You will have a background in project management and SDLC processes, especially requirements management, risk management, and issue management.
This project is a full-life cycle project; you may be involved at any stage of the development cycle: from requirements management through User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Experience with UAT and functional testing on a large system implementation is a plus.
A background with a State of Texas agency is a plus.
